Secure E-commerce – Carriage Paid – 60 Days’ Right of Return

You can place orders at www.restpad.se. Please read our shopping help guide. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact customer service at kundservice@restpad.se. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions of Sale and Delivery and agree to your name and personal details being recorded in our customer register. The sales contract becomes binding once we have confirmed your order by means of an order confirmation, which we send to your specified email address. If you place several orders, we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them together in one parcel.

RESTPAD.SE uses secure e-commerce and our payment services are handled by DIBS Payment Services AB, one of Sweden’s largest payment service providers.
Payment is made when you place your order. Your order is then processed and sent from our stores no later than 4 days from receipt of order.

Card payments
To ensure secure payment, restpad.se uses payment service provider DIBS (www.dibs.se). The DIBS system is approved by all Swedish banks and certified to PCI DSS by VISA and MasterCard for negotiating payment transactions at the highest security level. All communication between the shop and your bank is handled by DIBS and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The https:// at the start of the address on the payment page and a padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser indicates that the payment is being made on a secure site. Hence, restpad.se can at no time access your card information and cannot register or store your card details.


Standard delivery time is 10 days from receipt of your order. If we cannot deliver your RESTPAD within the agreed time, we will notify you by email at the address you specified when you placed the order. You also have the right to change your mind at no extra cost.

Delivery method
We use Swedish Post’s Varubrev light items service for all deliveries from RESTPAD.SE. Your order is always delivered carriage paid and no other costs are added for delivery from our stores. The costs of returning an item are always borne by the purchaser.
Unclaimed parcels are returned to RESTPAD.SE after 14 days. A fee of SEK 200 is payable to cover the costs of administration, return postage and handling.

Transport damage
If a parcel is damaged in transit, you must contact RESTPAD.SE as soon as possible and return your goods to us by post. Note that the Returns form must be completed and enclosed.

60 days’ right of return
As a customer of RESTPAD.SE, you always have the right to change your mind within 60 days from receipt of the goods. You have the right to open the packaging and try your RESTPAD. If it does not meet your expectations, you are of course welcome to return it. When returning an item, you must always complete the Returns form. Click here to go directly to the Returns form.
Note that you must enclose the Returns form to enable us to refund your order correctly. Note also that exchanges and returns can only be approved if the goods and packaging are in their original condition.
We cannot be held responsible for goods returned to RESTPAD.SE without an enclosed Returns form, as we cannot ensure that we can process the returned goods correctly.

Your RESTPAD and accessory products come with a guarantee that covers manufacturing faults and material defects. The guarantee runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. As a customer, you have the right make a complaint about a good if its features differ from our description. To make a complaint about a good under the guarantee, you must submit your claim within a reasonable time. You must also support your claim by, for example, including the receipt you received from us when you made the purchase.

If you make a claim about your RESTPAD, please contact us first at info@restpad.se. If we approve the claim, we will send you a new RESTPAD as soon as possible.

Prices and product images
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor inclusive of VAT.
We cannot guarantee that the product images on the website reflect the good’s exact appearance and quality. We cannot be held responsible for any errors in prices and product information or general errors on the website. In the event of errors, we reserve the right to correct the information retrospectively. We reserve the right to make price changes, and we cannot be held responsible for sold-out items, stock discrepancies, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our website or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Product safety
RESTPAD is CE-marked to European standard, medical device class I. The CE mark guarantees quality and product safety.
Before using RESTPAD, you should always consult your doctor before trying the product. The product has been developed and produced to alleviate discomfort in persons diagnosed with primary WED/RLS. RESTPAD Scandinavia AB cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur due to improper use of the product.

Personal details
In accordance with the Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen 1998:204) RESTPAD.SE does not store any personal details about your purchase.
We only use personal details internally and in conjunction with the contracted partners we use to process orders and deliveries. We do not pass personal details to third parties for commercial purposes.
On written request, you may of course see the personal details we hold in our register regarding your purchase on RESTPAD.SE.
If our details are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may also request that we delete or correct it.
